Editor's Note: A Day in the Life is a series in which women leaders and entrepreneurs share a behind-the-scenes video diary on what it is like to be in their shoes for a day.
From product development to branding and hiring, launching and growing a business is no easy job. In this video, the entrepreneurs behind Girl Tribe, Sarah Baucom and Carrie Barker, show you just how busy one day can get. Originally starting as a graphic t-shirt company, Girl Tribe has since expanded to a full-fledged women empowerment brand with a retail store, a traveling pop up shop and a graphic design company -- and it has no plans of slowing down any time soon.

For our Day in the Life video, the co-founders share with us a little bit everything -- from developing new products to updating their website and preparing for an upcoming festival. And to get it all done, the duo must divide and conquer. When Baucom is strategizing for social media, Barker is working on the website; when Barker is planning new pop-ups, Baucom is reordering inventory.
Finding their flows and striking a balance is the only way these co-founders can work together to get everything done.
